Yes, this is where the clans are formed and led from. To start a clan, you have to fill out a form for approval. To join an existing clan, contact the leader or someone else who is authorized to approve new recruits.

This is where all clan battles are to be held. These battles have their own sets of rules, and the rewards are better. Make sure to read about it. You can only participate in clan battles if you are a member of a clan.
